At Home Coffee Co. in Myaree, WA, is more than just a café—it’s a vibrant hub where creative Asian-inspired flavors meet a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly lives up to its name. Nestled on Malland Street, this spacious café expertly balances a modern industrial vibe with cozy touches that make you feel as if you’re right at home, whether you’re catching up with friends or settling in for some focused work.
The menu here is a delightful journey for your taste buds, especially for lovers of innovative beverages and thoughtfully crafted cabinet food. Their signature drinks, like the Sweet Cream Iced Latte and Sweet Cream Iced Matcha, offer a luxuriously silky texture paired with earthy, vibrant matcha notes or smooth coffee undertones. For those seeking something truly unique, the Yuzu Coffee Spritz delivers a refreshing citrus twist that brightens your palate with a lively fizz.
Food options, while selective, showcase a commitment to fresh, quality ingredients with an Asian-influenced flair that complements the drinks perfectly. The savory Nori & Cheese toastie brings together the crispness of seaweed with melted cheese, while the Brekkie Burger is a hearty, satisfying choice that's been warmly praised. Not to be overlooked, the mushroom toast and almond croissant are standout picks, offering comforting, well-balanced flavors that are both familiar and exciting.
Customers consistently rave about the ambiance—the natural light, tasteful industrial décor, and the calming, steady hum of a café buzzing with life but still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. This makes At Home Coffee Co. an ideal destination for everything from quiet study sessions to lively gatherings. However, it’s worth noting that weekends can get quite busy, with a bustling crowd and some limited assistance in seating, so a little patience and timing go a long way.
While some patrons mention a noticeable smell of smoke in the air and slightly smaller food portions, the attentive service and quick food delivery often earn their forgiveness. The creative menu and quality drinks more than justify the experience, as reflected in the overwhelming love for specialty drinks like the Genmaicha latte—a fan favorite though it’s currently off the menu.
In essence, At Home Coffee Co. stands out as a thoughtful, inspiring café that crafts more than just coffee—they create moments. Whether it’s sharing a sweet cream latte with a friend or enjoying an expertly prepared toastie in a bright, airy space, every visit feels like a warm invitation to relax and savor life’s simple pleasures.

Perks: They have creative asian flavored food and drinks. Very spacious and noticed many people work from here. Industrial vibe. I loved their Genmaicha latte but it’s disappeared now, seems like no plan to bring it back. Downside: Very strong smell of smoke, don’t wear your fluffy knitwear in or wash your hair beforehand Food portion on the smaller side. Coffee is quite average.

One of the best cafes these days in Perth. The atmosphere has unique vibe, with beautiful lighting and a calm ambience that makes it perfect not only for catching up with friends but also for studying peacefully. Even when the place gets busy, the food comes out quickly, which is so impressive. Even after a year of opening, quality of food and service is still amazing. The food itself is just as unique as the space- really tasty, great quality, and generous portions. I loved the Sweet Cream Ice Latte – perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and super refreshing. The pricing is very reasonable, especially given today’s economy, and the value you get is amazing. On top of that, the staff are incredibly nice and patient, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is the standout feature here – peaceful, welcoming, and unlike anything else I’ve come across in Perth. Can’t wait to come back!

I finally had an excuse to visit today for the At Home x March Coffee Studio takeover and this place did not disappoint! Firstly, the takeover was super cool. I love March and the fantastic energy they bring, and I also love seeing different people and places come together to serve the community. The coffee was absolutely incredible too, the prices on the menu may look high, but they’re justified by the quality of the beans and barista craftsmanship. As for the food, the constant line speaks to how great it is. My guest was highly satisfied with his ham and cheese toastie. I tried their winter special, the mushroom congee. Although it was a lovely sunny day, I still appreciated this warm and comforting bowl. It’s a mixture of rich mushroom, tomato, chilli, and a perfectly cooked onsen egg. I also think it’s very decently priced. They use several different mushrooms, which is mega fun in terms of both texture and taste. I counted enoki, button and brown (thankfully no death caps in sight!) Though if this was my last meal I wouldn’t be too sad about it. I didn’t get to try their honey joy toast, but it sure looked good. The space itself is impressively large and open. Though busy, it didn’t feel cramped, and I didn’t feel any pressure from the staff to have to rush out. It’s nice that they have bathrooms inside (as opposed to a key and alleyway situation) and free flowing tap water for guests to drink. There’s a range of indoor, outdoor and standing seating, and a station for cutlery and any tea/coffee extras which I also thought was neat. It was a little noisy, but that’s what happens when a lot of people are around. Service was incredibly efficient, again impressive considering how busy it was, and all of the staff members were warm and friendly. There’s no extra charge for takeaway containers, which is another plus. Overall, a fabulous spot and experience!

At Home Coffee Cafe is a fantastic little spot with a warm, welcoming vibe. The food is excellent – especially the toasties, which are always perfectly crisp and packed with flavour. There's a great selection of drinks to suit any mood, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay a while. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

The place is always packed on weekends, making it hard to get a table and there’s often no staff around to assist. I recommend that the staff clear tables promptly once customers have finished so they don’t end up hogging the space. On the food side, the mushroom toast is seriously delicious and definitely worth trying.

One of my favourite cafés for hojicha and matcha! The food menu is quite limited, but what they offer is made with fresh ingredients and always tastes great. It’s simple, but done right. Be prepared—it gets quite busy on weekends, and the queue can be long, but the wait time is still reasonable and the service is efficient.
